Description

Remoraid (#223) is a Water-type “Jet Pokémon” introduced in Generation II, known for its efficient water jet propulsion used for hunting and moving swiftly through the ocean. It often inhabits coral reefs and coastal waters, where it hides among rocks and seaweed. Its abilities include Waterproof and Sniper. Remoraid evolves into Octillery, a larger, more powerful Water/Fire-type. Curiously, Remoraid’s jet propulsion is inspired by real-life remora fish that latch onto larger marine animals.
