Hoothoot (#163) is a Normal/Flying-type “Owlsaid Pokémon” introduced in Generation II. Known for its excellent sense of sound, it possesses the abilities Insomnia and Keen Eye. It evolves into Noctowl at level 20. Typically found in forests and grassy fields, Hoothoot is often heard calling at night. Curiously, its eyes glow brightly in the dark, aiding its nocturnal navigation.
