Houndour (#228) is a Dark-type “Dark Prowler Pokémon” introduced in Generation II. It has the abilities Early Bird and Flash Fire, enabling it to wake quickly or resist fire attacks. Evolving into Houndoom, it inhabits rocky areas and volcanic regions, often lurking where heat and darkness converge. A curious fact is that Houndour’s fiery breath can be seen flickering faintly even in darkness.
