Description

Noctowl (#164) is a Normal/Flying-type “Alert Pokémon” introduced in Generation II. Known for its keen eyesight and silent flight, it can rotate its head nearly 180 degrees. It has the abilities Insomnia and Keen Eye, and does not evolve further. Typically found in forests and mountainous regions, Noctowl is known to watch over its territory at night with great vigilance. Interestingly, it is said to be able to see through fog and darkness, aiding its nocturnal hunting.
