Description

Shellder (#090) is a Water-type “Bivalve Pokémon” introduced in Generation I. It has a hard, shell-like body with a distinctive red interior and a large tongue often sticking out. Its abilities include Shell Armor and Skill Link, and it evolves into Cloyster when traded. Shellder thrives in coastal waters and rocky shores. A fun fact is that its shell can sometimes be used to produce pearl-like substances.
